Creative Strategy & Discovery
This initial phase is the process of connecting with your organization so we can understand your internal processes, organizational culture, audience demographics and business objectives.  We then synthesize this data and formulate a creative strategy.

Information Architecture
Information architecture is the organization of website content so users can easily find what they need.  This is one of the most challenging aspects of web development because it requires a clear understanding of a site's different user groups, and how those users will perceive the site.  The first part of information architecture is figuring out what content needs to appear on a site.  The challenge is to find the best way to display that information to the user in terms of navigation, site structure and database design.

Visual Design
Visual design is the art of creating your company's image on the web.  We ensure the best presentation of your company by designing with your industry and audience in mind. 

Foundation & Development
During this phase, you can request changes to your mock-up. We complete the revisions and provide a revised mock-up for your review. This makes up one revision. The number of revisions included is determined by your original Scope of Work. To help keep everything organized, revisions are always posted to ProjectPath where you can easily follow the evolution.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Quality assurance specialists are tasked with determining if everything is working the way it should be.  We also ask our browser compatability team to review the site in all four major browsers for display issues: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

Training & Maintenance Support
Following the launch of your site, we will provide your key staff with the proper training and documentation to make the most of your new website. Depending on your needs and requirements, some of the training can be provided before the signoff phase. If you signed up for Maintenance & Support services or for Internet Marketing, this is when the ongoing work will begin.
