His unique balance of insight and experience give him the ability to seamlessly connect multiple project facets like technology, marketing, business strategy, branding, and design to deliver a quick path to success.

Crystal JohnsonCo-Founder
Crystal is the co-founder of Bump Networks. She has a degree in Business and Graphic Design from the University of Oregon, where she was an instructor in web design. Crystal draws from her extensive experience in web design, graphic design and marketing to deliver exceptional results for every client.

Alex KukharVP of Engineering
Alex has been involved in the definition of Bump Networks since its earliest inception. His background is in computer sciences and career highlights include systems hardware designer, software designer, and major accounts manager. He oversees the design and development team and heads product development.

Lauren LinLead Project Manager
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lauren has a BA in business marketing with a high level of experience in project management for web and mobile applications. She can also provide help with marketing, branding and strategic planning and has a background in tourism and hospitality.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado with a degree in Web Design, Alexis has a diverse background in management, marketing and production for print. With a penchant for good design, Alexis has found her mission in product development, project management and quality assurance.

An accountant with over 20 years of experience, Petra has a degree from the University of Ulm, Germany. Petra manages the company's accounting and human resources, while keeping the company's finances in order. She also oversees all the financial operations of our subsidiaries and acts as a strong leader for our new employees.

He is a highly skilled software engineer who specializes in programming languages, including multi-system portable development for Windows/UNIX/Linux/Mac OS, IBM OS 390, CICS and USS.

Jared graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon with a degree in graphic design and film production. Since then, he has worked for Kaiser Permanente as a graphic designer whilst building websites for independent clients. He has a penchant for learning and acquiring new skills and focuses daily on coming up with great new digital solutions.

Joshua is a graduate of NBCC Miramichi in eastern Canada with a diploma in Animation and Graphics Technology. He has worked in videogame development for the past 8 years, successfully shipping over 35 titles internationally. With a background in graphic design, art direction, team and project management Joshua has experience in all areas of production.

Bob joined Bump Networks in April 2013 to manage our growing sales and business development operation.
